Zavien is an all Black Large stocky male. He has an awesome  broad head, and he is big boned similar to the East German DDR look. He is high in drive for the Schutzhund work and is an extreme tracker. He is what people would call a natural. Very easy to train, catches on extremely fast, and has that natural on and off switch, which is hard to find now a day's. When you throw a ball, he will not come back until he finds it. He is very well rounded with a clear head. His nerves are very solid, nothing fazes him at all. Zavien is a very solid and confident dog. His temperament is Impeccable. He can be tested any time, any where, by anyone.  I couldn't have asked for a better dog than him. Zavien is what a German Shepherd should stand for. He is 50% East German DDR and 50% West working. I have the best of both worlds in this dog. He is our foundation stud to our kennel.  Just click on his name to see his awesome pedigree!!  
Zavien passes on his large head, thick bone, gorgeous pigment,  and beautiful structure to his progeny. Pictures do not do this guy justice. He can be more intimidating in person, which we have been told. He is a big boy weighing between 94-95 pounds. Zavien is within the height standard of the GSD.
